The Singer

We have all been sick the past few weeks and finally we are all on the mend. Now that both kids are on the road back to health there personalities are coming back and we no longer have grouchy kids lying around the house. Annalise is starting to cruise more and more everyday. She loves standing on anything. If she can put her hands on it she will try to pull up on it. This has kept Brian and I on are toes because often she tries to pull up on things that are not really stable. Jeremiah, who was the most sick and really gave us a scare, is back to his normal singing self. Anytime, anywhere he is willing to sing. Last week we had an appointment at the JAG office on base to sign some papers. Well, the kids were with us and in the waiting area Jeremiah was quietly talking to Anna and then he said "Anna you are an American girl and proceeded to sing in a "not so quite" voice Tom Petty's "American Girl" and the part he was singing was "oh yea, all right, take it easy baby, make it last all night, she was an American Girl." Not neccessarily the best lyrics for a two year old to know. The people working just started laughing. You will have to talk to Brian about the songs he teaches Jeremiah. I usually stick with the basics...you know Twinkle, Twinkle. Tonight at dinner Jeremiah was in one of his performing moods and her is a video of him singing another song Brian taught him.
Don't worry this one does not have any risky lyrics.
